Its not just the bikes, but the people who ride them. We can all ride away from our ashes!

The vast majority of riders generally purchase basic Ebikes that only advertise the manufacturing company. Unfortunately these Ebikes express nothing of the rider or any kind of personality. Here at Phoenix Re-Designs we believe a true enthusiast needs an Ebike that embodies the rider`s personality, in turn showing everyone; even a machine can have a spirit!

Wonder how we do it? Below are two of our personal Ebikes and favorite builds! Read on to see how we brought them to life…

Meet Artico!

Built from a Wallke X3 MAX, Artico fell off the back of a truck and consequently had the seat, screen, and just about everything on the handlebars destroyed. After replacing all the mandatory parts we decided to upgrade the suspension, handlebars, lights, brakes, crank, pedals, and much more. Once all the mechanics were finished we applied an “arctic blue” vinyl wrap with white Bengal Tiger accents and decals. The name “Artico” comes from a blue eyed, all white tiger born in Spain to 2 normal orange Bengal tigers in 2004. We definitely picked the right name because Artico is an absolute beast! Whether its speed, power, or maneuverability, on or off road, rain or snow. Artico has never disappointed!

Another one of our personal Ebikes; Luna started out as a base model “Engwe M20 2.0”. The damage from a 30 ft slide at approximately 27 mph forced us to take a closer look into higher end parts with increased performance and durability. After upgrading to a 1500 watt motor we also decided to upgrade to front and rear ZTZ air suspension, ZTZ hydraulic brakes, updated crank, pedals, and a new Nulkomma LED headlight. Eventually that just wasn’t enough so we switched the 1500 watt motor for a new front and rear 1000 watt (2000 combined) motor set and continued the upgrades with new electronics, handlebars, grips, tires, and everything in between. To finish it off, we wrapped Luna in a blue “forged carbon fiber” vinyl from Vivid, black panther decals, and a self-healing clear coat. We named Luna after the black panther who was rejected by her mother at birth; due to severe malnutrition, Luna's growth was stunted, so she is very small for her species. She was taken in and raised by an experienced animal handler and became best friends with a rottweiler. We named this Ebike Luna due to its smaller stature yet amazing speed, power, and maneuverability.
